	The View House: $150/night for one person or a couple, with a 3-night minimum required. Up to 4 additional people may be accommodated at $20 each per night. A $75 non-refundable cleaning fee is required.
	The Forest Cottage: $100/night for one person or a couple, with a 3-night minimum required. One person or a couple only. A $50 non-refundable cleaning fee is required.
